Vacation Property Overview
Our villa is situated in a residential area 25 minutes from Orlando airport and about 20 minutes from Disney World. Universal Studios and Sea World are about 20/30 minutes away. There is a large supermarket less than 5 minutes away.
The villa itself sleeps up to eight with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen and separate dining area. The pool is fully screened, solar heated and illuminated. There is a patio with furniture including sun loungers. There is no extra cost for the heating of the pool. There is a double garage
The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, cooker, waste disposal unit and a breakfast area. The adjacent laundry area contains a large washing machine and a tumble dryer. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
he family room has a queen size sofa bed and comfortable seating, with a large cable TV and DVD/Video player and a PS2 with a selection (Unfortunately due to the different formats in America only discs bought in America will work on the PS2) and a stereo system. There is a separate dining area.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower. The smaller TV is in the master bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms contain twin beds and there is plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. Bed linen, towels and a hair dryer are provided. The additional bathroom is next to the twin bedrooms and has a door leading onto the patio. A cot and a high chair are available at no extra cost.
The villa is security alarmed and the management company are on call 24 hours a day seven days a week.
There is a neighborhood park with a children's playground 200 yards away, several Golf Courses within 15 minutes drive, largest 24 hr Walmart in the region only 5 minutes away, shopping, Factory Outlets, Grocery Stores, Restaurants, mini golf etc. just 10 minutes away on the newly developed State Road 192. Only 20 minutes away from Orlando international airport, 15 minutes from Disney and about 20~30 minutes away from Sea World and Universal.
